Large-span space roof trusses (steel/aluminum alloy heavy-duty trusses) are commonly used in large music festivals and outdoor stadiums, with spans ranging from 24m to 45.6m. They are TUV load certified, and many foreign trade clients require construction reference before undertaking large projects.
I. Pre-Construction Preparation
Verify truss parameters: 800×1500 heavy-duty aluminum truss, 40-meter span steel truss; verify rated uniformly distributed load and concentrated load data; Level the site, install load-bearing bases and column supports, and prepare hand-operated hoists and lifting equipment.

II. Standardized Assembly and Lifting Procedures: 1. Segment the truss on the ground, connecting the conical ends and locking them with pins for secure fixing; 2. Connect multiple truss segments into a single main span, adding transverse connecting rods and diagonal bracing for reinforcement; 3. Secure the truss lifting points with the lifting equipment hooks, lifting synchronously and evenly; 4. After lifting to the design height, lock it to the columns, tightening the windproof cables on both sides; 5. After overall completion, conduct a full-load load test. Lighting and sound systems can only be installed if there is no deformation or sinking.

III. Supporting Services for Foreign Trade Projects: The factory can provide truss stress drawings and third-party TUV load reports. Technical personnel can be dispatched online to provide remote guidance for overseas on-site construction. Custom production of irregularly shaped curved and spherical roofs is available based on provided drawings.
