High-volume exhibition projects are manufacturing and logistics challenges as much as they are structural projects. For the 18th International Agricultural Products Fair, Shizhan Group supplied 2,000 metres of 400 × 400 mm square exhibition truss under a customer-stated one-week delivery requirement.
The requested quantity was substantial, and the original project account records a construction size of 19 × 180.4 metres. At the time of the order, the factory’s workshops already had other production commitments. The central challenge was therefore to reorganize capacity without losing control of component consistency, completeness or dispatch timing.
Shizhan’s management team coordinated the workshop schedule and redeployed order arrangements around the urgent project. The selected 400 × 400 mm square-truss format is described in the source as a commonly used exhibition configuration. Standardized production and coordinated internal scheduling allowed the team to move a large quantity through manufacturing and preparation as one managed package.
Production, checking, counting and loading had to remain synchronized. The project report records that three 17-metre trailers were loaded at the same time in the Shizhan factory area. Coordinated loading helped move the full order into dispatch while keeping the large shipment organized for delivery.
The task was completed within the stated project requirements and received positive customer recognition according to the original report. The case highlights the importance of production planning, quantity control and loading coordination when exhibition truss orders move from hundreds of components to kilometre-scale supply.

For large exhibition builds, share your layout, bill of materials, required delivery date and unloading plan with Shizhan Group as early as possible. Final structural design, loading and site installation must be checked against project-specific engineering requirements.
